OUR STORY
ZEN started because the alternative made buyers pay twice.
Most Phuket agencies pocket commission from both sides — the developer pays them to bring buyers, and the buyer pays them as their advisor. The advice gets bent.
We took the developer-paid model and dropped the buyer-paid layer. Same villa, same price, half the conflict of interest. Four years and seventy-six closings later, the numbers tell us the model works.
We work small on purpose. Two principals, on the island, on every contract. We turn down enquiries that do not match our shortlist — usually because the developer is the wrong fit, or the legal structure is not one we will put our name on.

We negotiate straight with the project team, never through middle agents. You see the same price the developer offers — we are paid by them, never by you.
Compliant by default
Registered 30-year leasehold or condo foreign-freehold quota. We do not arrange nominee Thai-company structures — Operation Nominee Sweep made them high-risk.
EN team, on-island
Native-English advisors based in Phuket. In-person viewings any day. Lawyer-led due diligence on every contract.
After the keys
Optional rental management, visa support, school search, banking setup. We see ownership, not just the closing.
